2. SIZE, FIT AND COLOUR

The fit of each product depends on its cut, fabric, and design. Some garments are tailored for a relaxed fit, while others are more structured.

Please refer to our size chart before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect the exact shade.

Minor variations in colour or embroidery are natural due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and are not considered defects.

3. DELIVERY

Standard delivery timeline: 15 business days for ready-to-wear pieces (no customisations).

For customised or made-to-order pieces, delivery can take up to 30-60 days, depending on the embroidery and detailing of the outfit.

For urgent orders or queries, please contact us directly.

Delays may occur in the following cases:

Incomplete or delayed payment

Incorrect/inaccurate address details

Pending measurement details

Lack of response from the customer

We always strive to ensure timely delivery. While we partner with trusted third-party courier services for quicker shipments, Samina & Sophiya Khan will not be held responsible for delays caused by external logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payments via credit/debit card / UPI / bank transfer
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen issues.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Production timelines will be communicated during order confirmation, though minor delays may occur due to craftsmanship or fabric sourcing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements; Samina & Sophiya Khan is not liable for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally via reliable courier partners.

Shipping timelines:

Ready-to-wear: 7–10 business days

Custom/Couture pieces: Up to 30 days

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returned products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

No cancellations will be accepted for custom or urgent orders.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy. Personal data (name, address, contact details, payment info) is used solely for order processing, shipping, and communication.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Samina & Sophiya Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.
